How we use your enquiry information
Oxford Garden Company is responsible for the personal information you provide when asking about our lawn-care services. Contact Robert at lawncare@oxfordgardencompany.co.uk or on 07833 676 356.
What you send us
We use your name, contact details, lawn postcode, description and any photographs to respond, assess whether we can help and prepare a quotation. The form does not take payment or confirm a booking. Telephone numbers and photographs are optional; please avoid including people or sensitive documents in photographs.
How the form works
When you choose “Send my enquiry”, your details pass through our website and Resend to our Namecheap-hosted mailbox. We also attempt to send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Photographs are not uploaded through the form; you can send them afterwards by email.
If you choose the email-app option, the form prepares a draft in your own email application and you must press Send there. This option also remains available when online sending is unavailable. We do not save form entries in a website database or browser storage. Hosting and email providers may retain operational and delivery records.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals, including your IP address, browser information and the website you are visiting, to distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. This check does not decide whether we can provide a lawn-care service.
Why we use the information
For assessment and quotation requests, we process information to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement. Our legitimate interests also include answering general questions, securing the form and maintaining appropriate business records. Relevant legal obligations may require us to retain some records. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and no automated system decides which lawn treatment you should buy.
Keeping and sharing information
We do not sell your information. Access is limited to what is needed to handle your request, deliver services and operate the supporting hosting, security and email systems. Retention depends on whether an enquiry is still active, whether work follows, and any accounting, dispute or legal record-keeping needs; information should not be kept once those purposes no longer apply.
Supporting providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Resend’s Data Processing Addendum includes contractual safeguards for UK transfers. Further information about processing locations and safeguards is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Namecheap privacy policy. You can contact Robert for details of the arrangements used for your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Robert using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
There is no obligation to enquire. Without enough contact and lawn information, we may be unable to respond or arrange an assessment.
